Roman Week!!
This week saw Year 3/4 engaged in a wonderful experience understanding about the Romans. They were involved in a variety of exciting activities including making shields. These came in very handy at the end of the week when the Roman Soldiers took on the might of ‘Britain’ – in the form of Year 5/6!
An enjoyable and very valuable week was had by all.

It was really fun when we were lobbing sponges and balls at year 3/4!
I think the year 3/4′s were great at battleing the roman and us but we only had little rubber balls to throw at them, i kept on ducking, I luved battleing the year 3/4′s !!!!!!!!!! though!

i really liked putting on the clothes. and it was a really good idea for us.
It was really fun throwing balls and sponges at the year3/4. When they were coming up the hill they sounded like a real Roman army!
It was fun lobbing balls and sponges at the y3/4!!
Throwing the balls and sponges at the Yr 3/4 Was really fun and when they threw them back at us and we had to dodge them was cool too.
I found lobbing the balls and sponges at the year 3/4′s was really fun.
The Romans have invaded the school…… oh noooooooo. Or is it just y3 playing around?
