Strike Action

The school will be closed on Wednesday 30th November 2011 due to industrial action. Should this change with final negotiations, we will inform you by text.

Movember – change of date

Children are invited to come into school on Tuesday 29th November 2011 with a drawn on or face painted moustache, with a small donation for male cancer charities.

KS2 Free Music Sessions

Please come along to Exmouth Music Projects Monday Club on 28th November and 5th December from 4pm – 5pm for a free session.

Exmouth Christmas Cracker, Strand, Saturday 3rd December 2011

Mrs Hendy and pupils from the ‘Made By Marpool’ craft club will be selling Christmas tree decorations and bookmarks which have been handmade by the club members. Please come along on the day to support us.
Also I am asking if you could save all of your corks and ribbons over the Christmas/New year period for use in future projects.

Christmas week at School

  • Monday 12th December
    Dress rehearsal for KS1 Christmas performance.
  • Tuesday 13th December
    KS1 Christmas performance
    Starts at 1.45pm in the school hall. Plus FSU Christmas party
  • Wednesday 14th December
    FSU (Nursery & Reception)
    Join us on for a festive mince pie and hot drink – come along to Foundation from 2.30pm. PLUS in the evening;

    KS2 Family Christmas Sing Along
    6.00–7.30pm – Ticket Only – £1 per adult, ticket entiles you to a FREE glass of Mulled Wine or a Mince Pie – open to all if space.
  • Thursday 15th December
    School Christmas dinner
    We will be serving a turkey and gammon Christmas dinner or vegetable ravioli followed by a choice of vienetta, Christmas pudding, mince pies or trifle. In order to ensure we have enough Christmas dinners complete the slip at the bottom of the newsletter and return to the school with your child/childrens money by 2nd December 2011.
